“I think it is a very special combination, Systemic work & Dance, I have learned a lot.
What is the added value of dance and systemic work for me is that I feel that more information is released from my body that I could not reach with my head, so it gives information to process it, feel it and understand it better.
Because there is a focus in this mastercourse on making a new movement - or making the movement that you actually needed - I also have a 'new insight' through the physical new experience, which is immediately different than a 'new insight' via my consciousness only. Its embodied. This feels very strong, which I can immediately take with me in my work, life and my being.

Because we are invited to dance in the constellations, among other things, it has given me much more information than - I think - the 'old-fashioned way' of working with constellations. Also because you are moving through dancing, it gives me a great healing effect. Much more comes up from your subconscious and that has given me a lot.
