Five days, one quiet valley, and the permission to set everything else down for a while. Away from the pace and noise of daily life, the body finally gets room to soften, the mind gets room to wander, and what's been waiting underneath - your aliveness, your creativity, your unguarded self - gets space to come forward.

We gather at Unna's Sanctuary - a piece of land where magic happens, and one of my favorite places on earth.

ReWILDING is an invitation to slow down, recharge, and rediscover the inner wildness and wisdom that already lives within you - ready to be seen, felt, and moved. Your embodied knowing.

Through dance & movement, creative constellation work, breath, sound, and somatic exploration, we'll soften the edges, open to insight, and restore your natural flow. We'll listen to the language of the body - that intuitive voice that knows the next step long before the mind does. We follow the stream.

There will be plenty of time to rest, swim, walk in nature, and simply be.

Language of the retreat: English / Dutch / Both, depending on the group.

  • Food is part of the practice here. An Ayurvedic chef prepares vegetarian meals that are grounding, balanced, and full of what the body actually wants — built around herbs, vegetables, and fruit picked fresh from the organic farm Can Zol Ibiza. On some days we cook together too, taking turns in the kitchen as part of the daily rhythm and seeing how this also can be deeply, joyiously creative. Groceries are fully taken care of.

This retreat is for anyone longing to reconnect with themselves, each other and the field around them in a deep, true, playful and more embodied way. It speaks especially to creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, artists, and nature lovers - and anyone curious to listen to the body as a gateway to reWILD.

No previous dance experience needed - only a willingness for curiosity and expressing with your body.

      Can I pay in parts? Yes. You secure your spot with the €450 deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid in instalments leading up to the retreat. Reach out and we'll set up a payment plan that works for you.

    Flights are not included — we are happy to support with carpooling & logistics, let us know when you arrive.

About Your Guide

I'm Feadan McCall — and dance has been my home for more than 30 years.

For the past 15 years, my work has in part centered on developing and sharing the energy movement — inviting people to discover their own unique dance language. Over time, this practice has grown into what I now call embodied knowing: a place where dance, breath, and systemic work come together to remember the wisdom that lives in our (personal and collective) bodies.

I've taught and held retreats across the Netherlands for many years, and this will be the first reWILD retreat on Ibiza — though Unna's Sanctuary is a place I've returned to many times for amazing Re-Naturing with Unna & Jantien.. and this land keeps calling me back.

Why this retreat? Because here, I keep rediscovering my own safe, free and connected self — the part of me that longs to meet myself and others truely and fully. There is so much wisdom held in our bodies that rarely gets to surface in the rhythm of daily life. On Ibiza at Unna's Sanctuary, we can step out of the everyday and dive deep into our own wild and beautifully wise nature.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. ReWILDING is not about choreography or "doing it right" — it's about coming home to the body. If you can move, you can dance with us. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to listen to yourself.

  • There are movement sessions every day, but you set your own pace. There is no pressure to push your body — listening to it is the whole point. If you have an injury or specific physical concern, let us know in advance.

  • Comfortable, layered clothing for movement (soft, breathable, easy to dance in), a light jacket for evenings, swimwear, a refillable water bottle, a journal, and any creative materials that feel important to you. Bedding and towels are provided.

  • Fly into Ibiza Airport (IBZ). From there it's roughly 45 minutes by car to the finca. We're happy to help organize carpooling and transfers — just let us know your arrival time when you book.

  • All meals are vegetarian. Let us know about any allergies, intolerances, or specific needs when you book, and our chef will accommodate where possible.

  • We have 8 beds across several rooms, each with its own unique atmosphere. Most rooms are shared (twin) Let us know your preferences when booking — we'll do our best to honor them based on availability.

  • Yes - most participants come solo. The container is intentionally small (8 people), so connection forms naturally and quickly.

  • WiFi is available at the finca, but we encourage minimal phone use during sessions to stay present. The retreat works best when you allow yourself a digital pause.

  • Ibiza in late October is typically warm and mild — daytime around 22°C, cooler in the evenings. Bring layers. The sea is often still warm enough to swim.

  • Cancellation policy:

    • Before 1 July: full refund minus deposit

    • Before 1 August: 50% refund minus deposit

    • Within 14 days of the retreat: no refund, but your spot is transferable
